Vendric is a product of Vantage Point Blogging Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Vendric platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use Vendric, we store your business data including machine records, transactions, inventory, commissions, and expenses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve Vendric services, including: operating your dashboard and generating reports, sending commission report emails to your location contacts, providing customer support, and sending important service notifications.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your business data is stored in encrypted databases. Documents (commission PDFs, receipts, CSV imports) are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served via signed URLs with limited-time expiry. API credentials (e.g., Nayax) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate Vendric (hosting, email delivery, authentication), and as required by law. Your financial data (transaction amounts, commissions, P&L) is never shared with third parties or logged to external services in plain text.

5. Your Rights

You can export all your data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@vendric.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our marketing pages. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Vendric after changes constitutes acceptance.
