Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Vendric is a product of Vantage Point Blogging Services (“the Company”). By accessing or using Vendric (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Vendric is a cloud-based vending machine management platform that provides tools for tracking sales, inventory, commissions, expenses, and profitability. The Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan selected.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into Vendric. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You may export your data at any time. We will retain your data for 30 days after account termination to allow for recovery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, or use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vendric is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
